FAQs
1. My order is incorrect. What do I do next?
For incorrect orders, please email/call us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above.

2. Some items are damaged? What do I do next?
Tender Loving Care will be applied to ensure no damage to your purchased items.
We are very careful and all items will be checked prior shipping. In the event that there is any damage, we do apologise for the inconveniences. Please take a photo and send to info@sentimento.sg within 48hours of delivery. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above.

3. I have made a mistake in my shipping address.
If you email the correct address before the order is despatched, no problems. However, once delivery in progress, there might be additional charges for re-delivery. As such, Sentimento cannot be held responsible for losses as a result of this, so please make sure you have thoroughly checked your address and orders before final check out.

4. I have changed my mind. Can I do an exchange?
Once payment has been made, there can be no exchange or refund. This is because we pride ourselves on efficiency and once an order is through, it will be made ready for delivery almost immediately.
